My name is Corentin, I'm a wedding and special occasion photographer in my thirties and I live in Chamonix, a place I've been passionate about since the day I moved here. The mountains offer an exceptional playground, with different atmospheres each time our gaze wanders among the high peaks. I arrived here by chance around ten years ago, after studying marketing and making a timid start to my career in Paris.
I'd come for a season, and little by little I made my nest there, never to leave. I've grown through the ever-changing encounters that this environment inspires.
How did
wedding photography came to me?
Passionate about images and cinema since childhood, I naturally turned to photography to capture emotions and share my vision of the world.
Self-taught and inspired by photojournalism, photography has gradually become a central part of my life. First to preserve memories of my travels, then to document my daily life and those around me, I explored different styles before finding my own path.
As I've met new people and lived in different places - Ireland, Spain, Canada, Toulouse, Paris, Auvergne, Jura, Landes, and since 2014, Chamonix - my style has become more refined. These experiences have nurtured my eye and fuelled my curiosity. Every day, I learn from my environment, the people around me, my reading, music, cinema, and whatever else inspires me.
